SHIPPING POLICY

We do not ship damaged products. We ship our awesome products in excellent conditions. Any damage will most probably be through the postal service used. If you experienced a problem please contact us by phone or email or both. 


Naturally Naz reserves the right to cancel and order within 3 business days of receiving the order if we are unable to fulfill the order.
Orders may be cancelled by Naturally Naz under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to - insufficient ingredients, inability to comply with special orders or instructions requested, incomplete or unsupported address location, orders not complying with our coupons usage policy, orders that are priced much different from our uniformity of prices due to unforeseen issues such as but not limited to manual or technical errors, orders picked up by our system as suspicious usage of credit cards or other payment types or any other potential ill use of our service. 


We ship only to physical shipping addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

I do accept exchanges and cancellations.
Exchanges:

Please contact me within 2 days of delivery.

Ship items back within 2 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

 
I don't accept returns.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective which we'll investigate, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders​

  • Items on sale​​: All sales are final

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
